How to get Vaccinated for COVID-19
COVID-19 vaccines are available on Thursdays only, 9:00am - 4:00pm, at Gane Yohs Community Health Centre (1769 Chiefswood Rd). Vaccine appointments on Six Nations are now walk-in only.

How to get Tested For COVID-19
COVID-19 PCR testing is now taking place at Gane Yohs Community Health Centre (1769 Chiefswood Rd) Monday, Wednesday & Friday, 9:00am – 12:00pm. If you are experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms or have been identified as a close contact of a positive case by Public Health, please call the COVID-19 Hotline at . Please stay in self-isolation while waiting to be tested, and while waiting for your test results.
The Covid Hotline is staffed Monday-Friday from 9:00am – 4:30pm.
After hours, you may leave a voicemail and we will call you back the next day. Please leave your name, phone number, and a brief message.
