COVID-19 Vaccinations Available at Dajoh!

Starting November 16, Ohsweken Public Health will be moving COVID-19 vaccine operations to Dajoh!

COVID-19 vaccinations will take place at Dajoh (1738 4th Line) until December 4, 2021.

Weekday appointments available MondayFriday, 9am-4pm. Saturday appointments available between 9am-2pm.

Walk-ins still accepted at Dajoh, however, individuals seeking a 3rd dose booster must book an appointment over the phone by calling .

Those eligible to receive vaccines include:

• Six Nations members
• Members' families (in the territory), and
• Those working in the territory
